Fam. Code \u00a7 6.107.\u00a0 A former husband recently <a href=\"https:\/\/cases.justia.com\/texas\/second-court-of-appeals\/2025-02-24-00023-cv.pdf?ts=1741355208\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">challenged<\/a> an annulment, arguing there was insufficient evidence to support a finding of fraudulent inducement.<\/p>\n<p>According to the appeals court, when the parties began dating in 2021, the husband was authorized to work in the U.S. and had a pending asylum case.
