Parents may disagree on whether treatment is needed, what providers should be used, and whether the child should be in private school.\u00a0 A father recently <a href=\"https:\/\/cases.justia.com\/texas\/third-court-of-appeals\/2021-03-19-00751-cv.pdf?ts=1635423752\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">challenged<\/a> an order to pay certain medical expenses, arguing the mother had not used preferred providers as required by the decree.<\/p>\n<p>The final divorce decree appointed both parents joint managing conservators with the mother having the right to establish the primary residence with a geographical restriction.
