Family violence may constitute a change in circumstances warranting a modification.<\/p>\n<p>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/cases.justia.com\/texas\/first-court-of-appeals\/2019-01-18-00587-cv.pdf?ts=1576589615\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recent case<\/a>, a mother challenged a modification, alleging that there was insufficient evidence of family violence to support a finding of a change in circumstances.
